Our Journey Begins
May 2023, we opened our doors in Waxahachie with a dream to bring authentic Latin flavors to our community. What started as a passion became a cozy, vibrant space where culture meets cuisine. As the only Latin restaurant in the area, we’re proud to offer something fresh, different, and full of heart.
Our Passion for Flavor
“Cooking is personal,” says Sara. “I’ve loved it since I was seven, helping my mom in Honduras.” With a background in hospitality and years of experience, Sara pours her heart into every recipe. Her dream of owning a restaurant came true with her husband Carlos by her side, and every dish reflects that love.
Inspired by Tradition
Carlos, born in Veracruz, grew up helping his mother sell traditional “Antojitos Veracruzanos.” His grandmother made fresh cheese daily, inspiring his respect for quality ingredients. Today, that heritage shines in every bite, blending family tradition with bold Latin flavors from across the Americas.
